Returns. The Finished Spool wants the User to have a wonderful shopping experience. If the User has an error in an order, the User should contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it.  Unfortunately,The Finished Spool cannot do refunds or exchanges. The items on The Finished Spool are final-sale and sold in “as-is” condition.

Cancellation. If the User wishes to cancel the User’s order, the User will need to cancel the order before it ships.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items. All items will be shipped via US Postal Service. The Finished Spool is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Notice. By using this website, the User agrees to receive electronic communications from The Finished Spool, whether addressed to the e-mail address associated with User’s account or posted on The Finished Spool’s website.  The User acknowledges and agrees that any communication via e-mail or by postings on The Finished Spool’s website satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be made in writing.

Images and Photos. We try our very best to make sure that product images represent the real item as much as possible. Unfortunately sometimes color within the image may appear lighter or darker. If the User has any doubts about the color of any of our merchandise the User should contact us.

Governing Law.  Any legal action brought against The Finished Spool shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules.  The User waives any objections to venue of any such litigation in courts located in New York City and agree not to plead or claim that New York City is an inconvenient forum.

Indemnification. The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold The Finished Spool and our partners, agents, employees and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to the User’s violation of this agreement or use of The Finished Spool’s website.
